Shipping
- Free standard shipping, no minimum, tracked. Insured shipping is available at checkout for $5.90.
- Duties included. U.S. import duties are paid by us; nothing to pay on delivery.
- Prepared in 1–2 business days, then 7–12 business days in transit — about 8–14 business days in total.
- Orders ship from our partner warehouse overseas. You get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves.
- Holidays: order by December 1 for delivery before December 25.

Returns
- 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us first for a return authorization.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Change of mind: return shipping is paid by you. Returns go to our returns center in Shenzhen, China, so please allow for international postage.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we replace or refund at no cost to you.
- Engraved and personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or we made an error.
- Exchanges are possible: return the item at your expense, and we ship the new one once it arrives.
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days of the return reaching us and passing inspection.
